Zdeňka Shumová vystudovala Všeobecné lékařství na LF UP, později získala odbornou způsobilost pro obor Hygiena a epidemiologie. Na pražské hygienické stanici pracuje dlouhodobě, mj. vedla sekci ochrany a podpory veřejného zdraví. Je členkou poradního sboru hlavní hygieničky ČR pro hygienu výživy. Více...
